You’ve heard me talk about this Taco Bell a lot over theyears on my show. It’s the worst fast-food restaurant on either side of the border for customer service. They were home to the 30-minute drive-thru before COVID made that standard. It’s pretty much expected they will get the order wrong too.
While I moved back to the Indiana side of the border 3-years-ago, it seems nothing has changed.
Since Libertarians have jumped the shark and gone full SJW in the past few years, Reason.com tried to paint the Trump campaign as hypocritical over the straw merchandise. When you go woke, you lose the ability to appreciate a good troll. This is genius.
As California and other places around the country implement bans on plastic drinking straws, the Trump 2020 campaign is taking a different approach.
The campaign is now selling “Trump Straws” in packs of 10 for $15. The plastic straws are red and say “Trump.” The campaign’s merchandise website states that “Liberal paper straws don’t work,” and describes the straws as:
BPA free
Reusable & Recyclable
9″ long
Pack of 10 identical straws as shown
Laser engraved
Made in USA
On Friday, Trump mocked the focus on plastic straws in major cities.
“I do think we have bigger problems than plastic straws,” Trump said. “You know, it‘s interesting about plastic straws: so, you have a little straw, but what about the plates, the wrappers, and everything else that are much bigger and they’re made of the same material?”
“Everybody focuses on the straws. There’s a lot of other things to focus [on],” he added.
Country Time lemonade isn’t having any more of this un-American anti-lemonade fascism stand anymore. They are sticking up for young entrepreneurs all across America.
Kids across the country are getting busted for operating lemonade stands without a permit. We're taking the lead to #SaveLemonadeStands by paying for kids' fines + permits this year. For every RT this gets we’ll donate $1 (up to $500,000) to help kids next year + beyond.
