Michigan judge on Monday allowed the of a that finds intentional, systemic errors in programs by and that the errors are meant to influence results.

The analysts who created the report, Allied , published its forensics findings on the , Michigan elections.

“We conclude that the System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” reads the report. “The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication.”

Michigan AG Dana Nessel and Jocelyn Benson had been blocking the release.
