Liz Wheeler is fantastic and is an absolute follow. This segment is also very informative. However, she is incorrect aboutviolence and video games. She right that there was a Dartmouth study in 2018 showing a correlation with violent video games and aggression, however, if you read the study and not the study’s press release, it makes clear they can’t make a strong positive connection. The scientific community picked the Dartmouth study apart pretty convincingly. Here’s a piece on the problems with the study from Psychology Today. Here’s far more research highlighting there is no relationship with playing video games leading to violent behavior.
