LOL! This is a huge mistake for the Democrats and is likely to backfire given that polling shows an overwhelming number of Americans oppose impeachment. I wrote an article many years ago called ‘Impeachment Chic’ that covered the growing trend of people wanting to impeach elected officials simply because they didn’t like them. Even when those officials didn’t do anything that qualifies for impeachment. The far-left liberals didn’t read my article.
House Democrats have officially pushed Speaker Nancy Pelosi to schedule a vote considering articles of impeachment for President Trump. The vote will take place Wednesday and is being spearheaded by Texas Democrat Al Green.
Green is no stranger to articles of impeachment for President Trump and has introduced them multiple times on the House floor. They’ve never received a vote. Last night he did it again, leading to a full House vote later today.
So interesting to see “Progressive” Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly……
We were discussing Nancy Pelosi’s hypocritical remarks that the extra money you get in your paycheck because of the GOP tax cuts was ‘crumbs.’ In 2011 she said an extra $40 per paycheck was going to make a big difference for middle-class families. A caller called to say that even an extra $40 meant he could take his wife out on a date. That would stimulate the economy. I pointed out earlier in the segment that wealthy people don’t think an extra $40 is a big deal, but for Americans juggling which bill they pay on which paycheck, it is a very big difference.
