‘Whistleblower’ Lawyer: Client Had ‘Contact with Presidential Candidates’

UPDATE:

The leaker is tied to Joe Biden.

More impropriety.

The lawyers representing the “whistleblower” at the center of the impeachment inquiry conceded Wednesday they “had come into contact with presidential candidates from both parties.”

Attorneys Mark Zaid and Andrew Bakaj, however, insisted in a statement that the whistleblower’s relationship with the politicians was limited to their role as “elected officials,” not as candidates.

Sure they were. Just like Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch discussed ‘grandkids’ on the tarmac.

Zaid and Bakaj asserted that the whistleblower “has never worked for or advised a political candidate, campaign, or party.” The lawyers, however, left open the possibility that the leaker did advise a current 2020 Democratic presidential candidate before his or her run for office.

FBI Lawyer Wanted To Criminally Charge Hillary Clinton Over Her Emails

Former FBI General Counsel James Baker thought then-candidate Hillary Clinton should face criminal charges for her use of a private email server but was talked out of it “pretty late in the process.”

The news comes out just now as Baker’s testimony to House investigators in 2018 was provided to award winning investigative journalist John Solomon, who is also an executive vice president at the Hill. Solomon was given a preview of Baker’s testimony, which has yet to be publicly released. For years, Solomon wrote, the FBI claimed the Bureau was in agreement that Clinton shouldn’t face charges, but Baker’s testimony shows that wasn’t the case – at least not until just before ex-FBI Director James Comey made his July 5, 2016 announcement not to charge Clinton on the basis that she didn’t intend to violate the law (even though intention was not part of the law).

Colorado is targeting Christian baker Jack Phillips.

Here we go again. Another faux outrage ambush setup designed to bully people into submission.

The Colorado Civil Rights Commission is going after Christian baker Jack Phillips again, this time because he refused to bake a cake celebrating transgenderism.

The CCRC’s decision to go after Phillips a second time came just months after the Supreme Court ruled the commission violated its First Amendment “obligation of religious neutrality” under the free exercise clause when it punished Phillips for not baking a cake for a same-sex wedding.

On June 26, 2017 — the exact same day the Supreme Court agreed to hear Phillips’ case — a lawyer called Masterpiece Cakeshop asking for a birthday cake. The lawyer requested the cake be pink on the inside and blue on the outside, explaining it would be used to celebrate the seventh anniversary of her gender transition.

Masterpiece declined to make the cake and explained it could not, in good conscience, bake a cake celebrating a transgender message. The shop offered to bake other cakes or sell the lawyer a pre-designed cake. The lawyer declined.
