Lefty News Site Pushes Bizarre Claim Anne Frank Didn’t Die From Concentration Camp

Liberal viral news outlet NowThis News pushed the bizarre claim that Holocaust victim Anne Frank did not “die [from] a concentration camp.”

In a Tuesday tweet, NowThis posted video of members of the far-left Jewish Voice For Peace criticizing President Donald Trump’s executive order combating anti-Semitism and comparing Trump’s handling of the border crisis to the Holocaust. “We’re seeing people die at the border from lack of medical care,” said Becca Lewis, a senior at George Washington University. “That’s how Anne Frank died. She didn’t die in a concentration camp, she died of typhus.”

Lefty News Site Pushes Bizarre Claim Anne Frank Didn’t Die From Concentration Camp

As phrased, Lewis’s claim that Frank didn’t die “in” a concentration camp is simply false; witnesses say the famous diarist and her sister Margot died of typhus in the Bergen-Belsen death camp. The subtitles provided by NowThis changed Lewis’s claim to say that Frank did not die “[from] a concentration camp.”

But the altered claim is also rejected by Holocaust historians, who draw no distinction between the victims actively murdered by gas chambers or firing squad and those who died from disease. The Holocaust Memorial Museum notes that typhus victims died of “deliberate neglect” as part of “the German policy to cause the deaths of large numbers of Jews through over-crowded, squalid living conditions and a lack of reasonable medical care.”

Team Bloomberg Now Owns Cringiest Moment With Horrendous ‘Dance’ Video

I don’t really need to say anything here, do I?

This horrendous display is, apparently, a response to our Mayor Buttigieg’s supporters doing a dance in November.

Team Pete wins this round … by miles, but we all lose with these dance videos.

Here Are All The Times The Media Has Jumped The Gun On Trump’s Troop Visits

Each time President Donald Trump has gone to visit troops overseas for a holiday, the media has either criticized it or said it wasn’t going to happen altogether.

We’ve compiled the most biggest flubs from the media when it comes to his relationship with the troops.

“Golfing, tweeting, and more” on Thanksgiving: Newsweek — 2019

While Trump’s official schedule featured a call with the troops and placed him at Mar-a-Lago for the day, he ultimately made an unannounced trip to Afghanistan to visit the troops in person.

Newsweek later changed the headline, but Twitter users — including the president — ruthlessly criticized the outlet.

MAGA Hats Are Illegal: Various Outlets — 2018

“Trump has blurred the line between the office of the presidency and the campaign to such a degree that it is making it much more difficult for troops to make that distinction on their own,” CNN military analyst John Kirby argued at the time. “It’s bad enough that Trump doesn’t see a problem with signing campaign paraphernalia at a military base, maybe even more so that some of our troops are OK with it.”

Days later, the White House denied distributing the hats, saying the soldiers had acquired them on their own and brought them to the event. Then-Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said the hats shows support for Trump personally, but were not an explicit political endorsement on the part of the military.

The Media Pushes Fake Hate While Ignoring Real Hate Towards Trump Supporters

Police Abuse Happens To Everyone, Not Just Blacks

Mollie Hemingway reminds Justin Amash about the time he said, ‘let’s hear from the whistleblower’

DOINK!

The Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway called out Rep. Justin Amash for once saying, “Let’s hear from the whistleblower so we can clear the president or hold him accountable” but now accusing President Trump and his supporters of trying to “protect government corruption” over calls for his or her identity to be unmasked.

You see, by “Let’s hear from the whistleblower” he didn’t really mean “hear” — he meant “read what he or she said”:

Mollie is right, Amash is wrong. His distortion or willful misunderstanding of the Constitution has been very evident in the past few years. Whistleblowers are afforded limited, not blanket, anonymity protection in cases like this. The fact they aren’t a whistleblower at all hurts the case for anonymity further, though there’s a legal dispute on this point.

The President will get to face their accuser at some point anyway.

Left-wing Rioters Attack Trump Supporters Leaving Minneapolis Rally | Breitbart

Par for the course for the ‘tolerant’ left.

Left-wing rioters attacked supporters of President Donald Trump leaving a rally in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Thursday evening — assaulting them in groups, setting fire to pro-Trump hats, and attacking the police.
Riot police stood by as members of Antifa were seen dragging steel fences away from the Target Center. They were filmed by Elijah Schaffer, a correspondent for The Blaze, a conservative news site — who was maced as he filmed.

Local Minneapolis Star-Tribune reporter Liz Sawyer noted there were several hundred rioters, and that some were singling out Trump supporters and surrounding them in groups before attacking them. Some also attacked police:
