Every year without fail I have to talk about power hungry code enforcement shutting down kid’s lemonade stands. Just over a week ago I talked about police shutting down a kid’s lemonade stand because a business didn’t like the competition. While most of the country lives in anti-kid America, we actually encourage lemonade stands in these parts.
Country Time lemonade isn’t having any more of this un-American anti-lemonade fascism stand anymore. They are sticking up for young entrepreneurs all across America.
Kids across the country are getting busted for operating lemonade stands without a permit. We're taking the lead to #SaveLemonadeStands by paying for kids' fines + permits this year. For every RT this gets we’ll donate $1 (up to $500,000) to help kids next year + beyond.

My daughter has been asking me to help her with a lemonade stand this year (her first), and you can bet Country Time will be on the menu.
