It’s unclear what exactly led to the series’ cancellation, but with six seasons in the books, it’s possible that contract negotiations are what led to friction between the series’ creative players and the network itself. When the Wagoner County sheriff’s deputies arrived at the site of the burglary, they were surprised to find three dead bodies upon arrival — all belonging to the would-be thieves.
