After St. Joseph County clerk Rita Glenn was caught going into the absentee ballot room without Republicans present (a violation of Indiana Code IC 3-11-10-10 Section 10), the county election board voted 2-1 (2 Democrats, 1 Republican) to change the rules and allow the county clerk to do whatever she wanted with the absentee ballots and stripped the GOP of their right to verify ballot signatures and other rights in violation of statelaw.
Now the GOP is suing over the illegal vote. Andrew Jones is the attorney representing the GOP in this case.
He’s running to take over Rep. Jackie Walorski‘s seat after her tragic death. Rudy used to work for Jackie and is hoping to be Indiana’s next congressman.
