After St. Joseph County clerk Rita Glenn was caught going into the absentee ballot room without Republicans present (a violation of Indiana Code IC 3-11-10-10 Section 10), the county election board voted 2-1 (2 Democrats, 1 Republican) to change the rules and allow the county clerk to do whatever she wanted with the absentee ballots and stripped the GOP of their right to verify ballot signatures and other rights in violation of state law.
Now the GOP is suing over the illegal vote. Andrew Jones is the attorney representing the GOP in this case.
