An Amish man has filed a lawsuit alleging that requiring a photo ID to buy a gun is unconstitutional. He says it violates his 1st Amendment religious rights (Amish aren’t supposed to have their picture taken), and thus violates his 2nd Amendment rights since he can’t buy a gun without a photo ID.
