Again, we’ve all known Trump publicly for decades, and he’s never been accused of being a bigot. The moment he announced his candidacy as the Republican, the old Democrat playbook came out.
Last May, a black female Trump executive released a video destroying the false narrative that Trump is a racist.
Jesse Jackson was interviewed at the DNC, and made mention of Trump helping the Rainbow Push Coalition over the years. Including providing office space. He also said Trump was a great guy through decades of running into him in public. Then, like a good tribalist, he turned on Trump in that interview to go on the attack. He’d later blame Trump for Black Lives Matter violence in spite of BLM violence predating Trump’s candidacy.
