Note:

Some have assumed I was calling for the Tribune to investigate the South Bend Police Department. This assumption is incorrect. I merely was commenting on the aggressive tone of the paper in covering Elkhart vs South Bend. I did make references to years past where the Tribune did seem to go soft on SBPD issues. I did not, however, call for the Tribune to investigate the SBPD for any issue. Nor did I accuse the SBPD of any wrongdoing. I’m unaware of any issue that would warrant such an investigation.
