After St. Joseph County clerk Rita Glenn was caught going into the absentee ballot room without Republicans present (a violation of Indiana Code IC 3-11-10-10 Section 10), the county election board voted 2-1 (2 Democrats, 1 Republican) to change the rules and allow the county clerk to do whatever she wanted with the absentee ballots and stripped the GOP of their right to verify ballot signatures and other rights in violation of state law.
Now the GOP is suing over the illegal vote. Andrew Jones is the attorney representing the GOP in this case.
After the scandal erupted over St. Joseph County clerk Rita Glenn going into the absentee ballot room the night before an election and seemingly throwing ballots in the trash, the Democratic Party and Glenn’s lawyer all said there were no ballots left in the room when she was ‘doing custodial work’ by throwing things in the trash.
Then … why do we have a video of another woman picking up boxes of ballots 10 minutes after Glenn threw what appears to be ballots in the trash?
